Waiting for Godot

So I added something to my list of things to learn. Godot. Its a game development system. Godot Game Engine. It is an MIT license, develop on Windows, Mac and Linux desktops. It deploys to iOS, Android, HTML5, and the same desktops. But for now I have my other projects.

Today I themed the main webpage and added dynamic table generation of searched output including an “add” button for the DVD list search.  I have about have the server side add completed. I just have to add the actual insert into the collection. Just a few more features including a manual add and delete from collection.

I watched another couple lectures from Great Courses. I continued the blender tutorial. I added the torso, legs and feet. The tutorial also covered adding a lamp and camera, which I already was familiar with since if you don’t have a camera or lights you cannot render. The more I work with Blender the more I appreciate how it uses the same concepts. if you know how to add a mesh object adding camera is just a click a few items down, same for the light. Manipulating a model is the same as manipulating an object, including lamps and cameras.

Here is what I have completed so far in the tutorial.
