I now have CUDA processing enabled in Blender. I had to install some Nvidia drivers and then the latest version of Blender but now I have lots of CUDAs. CUDA allows for using the GPU to process the rendering in Blender. This should be faster than using the CPU as the GPU is optimized for the calculations for rendering 3D. I continued with the Udemy Blender course. Today it covered Belzier curves and extruding with a spin function to create a bowling pin and then started the basics of using materials by applying stripes to the pin.
