Today is Wednesday so that means it is leg day and time to post another Gary’s Gadgets.
I continued with the Blender course making it to the first quiz of section 2. The notable info today was the concept of normals. Normals are the side of a polygon that faces or should face outward. Sometimes when modeling a vertex may get moved and for the most part it looks good or normal, but the result is that it make the plane inside out. In Blender you can display a perpendicular line to indicate the normal direction. I ran into this before when I was exporting a model to another program and it said I had to fix the normals.
